Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited ( "the Bank") is pleased to inform you that the Bank and Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ( "KTC") have joined the capital in KTC Prepaid Co. , Ltd ( "the company") which details are as follows:

Registration Date	: October 28, 2020
Registered capital	: 100,000,000 Baht (One hundred million Baht) fully paid-up capital
Details of shares	: 10,000,000 ordinary registered shares, with the par value of 10 Baht
	per share
Ratio of share held by the Bank	: 24.95% of registered capital
Ratio of share held by KTC	: 75.05% of registered capital
Type of business	: Payment Services Business as follows Electronic Money Service ,
	Money Transfer Services , Acquiring Services and Bill Payment
	Services

In this regards, we have been permitted from the Bank of Thailand for capital inclusion of the company above in the Bank's financial conglomerate. In addition, the company will continue apply for a business license from regulators. We are pleased to inform you that the size of the transaction does not require us to disclose the information in accordance with the disclosure of information and other acts of listed companies concerning the acquisition and disposition of assets. Last but not least, the above transaction is not a related transaction.
