Kuaijishan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601579) agreed to acquire Shaoxing Keqiao District Zuizhiyuan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Orient Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd. for CNY 73 million on January 30, 2015. Kuaijishan Shaoxing will use its internal funds for this transaction. As of December 31, 2014, Shaoxing Keqiao District Zuizhiyuan Liquor had total assets of CNY 42.1 million and net assets of CNY 6.22 million. The transaction was approved by the Board of Shaoxing Keqiao District Zuizhiyuan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. The transaction does not require the approval from the stockholders of Kuaijishan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd.
