KUB Malaysia Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company’s divisions include LPG, Agricultural businesses (Agro), and Others. The LPG division is engaged in the importation, bottling, and trading of liquified petroleum gas. The Agro division is engaged in oil palm plantations and estate management. Its Agro division comprises two oil palm estates in Mukah, Sarawak. The Others division is focused on infrastructure solutions, supply, maintenance and ancillary services in information, communications and technology (ICT), engineering and civil works in the power sector, property management services, investment holding and provision of management services. The Company’s subsidiaries include KUB Ekuiti Sdn Bhd, Empirical Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, Restoran Kualiti Sdn Bhd, Solar Gas Sdn Bhd, Peramining Sdn Bhd, and Peraharta Sdn Bhd, among others.
