On Monday, 25 November 2019 various stakeholders including CPF, Social Development, SANDF, Department of Health, Local government, spiritual leaders, Love Life, FAMSA, Kumba Iron Ore, Kathu Lenmed, etc. Joined Siyathemba SAPS in launching 16 days of activism of no Violence Against Women and children.

Lt. Colonel Witbooi, from John Taolo Gaetsewe Cluster, appealed to all to report any form of abuse against women and children. It might be physical or emotional it must be reported to the police.

During the launch Kumba Iron Ore Mine donated 12 bicycles, reflector jackets, radios and helmets to the Siyathemba Community. These bicycles will be used in Siyathemba for patrol in order to help the police to fight crime.
