Kunlun Energy : China National Petroleum Corporation - PetroChina announced closing of the disposal of 60% equity interest in Beijing Pipeline and 75% equity interest in Dalian LNG

On March 31, Kunlun Energy, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of PetroChina conditionally sold and PipeChina conditionally purchased the 60% equity interest in Beijing Pipeline and the 75% equity interest in Dalian LNG.

The corresponding rights, obligations, responsibilities and risks of the Target Shares were transferred from Kunlun Energy to PipeChina at 24:00 on 31 March 2021.

PetroChina Company Limited is a joint stock company with limited liabilities incorporated on November 5, 1999, upon the restructuring of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
