Reference is made to the announcement of Kunlun Energy Company Limited (the "Company") dated 13 April 2021 in relation to the establishment of the Partnership (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The board of the directors wishes to provide the following additional information on the Announcement:

According to the publicly available information, the unaudited total assets of Sichuan Huasheng as at 31 January 2021 were approximately RMB15,411.2 million, and its audited profit before tax and net profit after tax for the year ended 31 December 2019 was approximately RMB1,211.2 million and approximately RMB993.5 million, respectively.
