(Nasdaq: KURA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to realizing the promise of precision medicines for the treatment of cancer, today announced its participation in the 11^th Annual SVB Leerink Global Healthcare Conference. Troy Wilson, Ph.D., J.D., President and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to participate in a virtual fireside chat at 12:40 p.m. PT / 3:40 p.m. ET on Thursday, February 17, 2022.

Its pipeline consists of small molecule product candidates that target cancer signaling pathways. Its product candidates include Ziftomenib, Tipifarnib and KO-2806. Ziftomenib, is a potent, selective, reversible and oral small molecule inhibitor that blocks the interaction of two proteins, menin and the protein expressed by the Lysine K-specific Methyl Transferase 2A gene, or KMT2A gene. Ziftomenib is a once-daily, oral drug candidate targeting the menin-KMT2A protein-protein interaction for the treatment of genetically defined acute myeloid leukemia patients with high unmet need.
