Kurita Water Industries Ltd. revised consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ended September 30, 2017 and full year ending March 31, 2018. For the six months, the company expects net sales of JPY 108,107 million, operating income of JPY 10,153 million, ordinary income of JPY 10,274 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 7,412 million and net income per share of JPY 65.99 against net sales of JPY 104,000 million, operating income of JPY 7,700 million, ordinary income of JPY 7,900 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 5,300 million and net income per share of JPY 47.18 as previously forecasted.
For the full year, the company expects net sales of JPY 230,000 million, operating income of JPY 21,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 21,500 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 15,000 million and net income per share of JPY 133.57 against net sales of JPY 223,000 million, operating income of JPY 18,500 million, ordinary income of JPY 19,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 13,000 million and net income per share of JPY 115.76 as previously forecasted.
