Kyungbang Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A000050) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value by stabilizing stock price. The program will continue until May 25, 2021. As of February 24, 2021, the company had 1,000,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
Kyungbang Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of fabric products. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Complex Shopping Mall Business segment mainly operates times square, hotels, and department stores. The Textile Business segment manufactures and sells products such as yarn, cloth, and apparel. The Other Business segment provides real estate consulting services. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets such as Asia and the Americas.
