Speech by Ms Alexandra Palt, Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and CEO of the Fondation L'Oreal, on L'Oreal for the Future, the Group's Sustainable Development Policy with a focus on climate strategy

Clichy - The L'Oreal Annual General Meeting took place today in Paris, under the chairmanship of Mr Jean-Paul Agon, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The General Meeting was livestreamed on the Company's website.

The Annual General Meeting adopted all the proposed resolutions, and in particular:

decided on the distribution of a dividend of EUR6.00 per share. This dividend is increased to EUR6.60 for shares that have been continuously held in the registered form since 31 December 2020 at the latest and until the ex-dividend date, i.e. Wednesday 26 April 2023, for a payment date, Friday 28 April 2023;

renewed the term of office as Directors of Ms Sophie Bellon and Ms Fabienne Dulac for a four-year term.

Mr Jean-Paul Agon invited the shareholders to the 2024 Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2024.
