LA DORIA: Filing of shareholder agreements
Angri, October 30, 2021 - It is hereby announced that today the disclosure requirements pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 and the related implementing provisions have been satisfied with reference to the following documentation, signed on October 27, 2021 and communicated to the market on the same date:
- shareholders' agreement provisions contained in the purchase agreement for a total equity investment in La Doria S.p.A. equal to 63.13% of the share capital;
- investment agreement;
- shareholders' agreement attached to the investment agreement;
- termination of the shareholder agreement regarding La Doria S.p.A.
The extract as per Article 129 of the Issuers' Regulations was published today in the daily newspaper IlSole24Ore and is available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism "1info" at the address www.1info.itand on the website https://www.gruppoladoria.it/IT/corporate-governance/patti-parasociali.xhtml.
