Pareto is repeating its hold recommendation and target price of SEK 220 for technology trading company Lagercrantz. Pareto writes that the quarterly report was largely in line with expectations and that it is making minor changes to its estimates for sales and EBITA.
"Although demand was stable throughout the quarter with positive signs in both Electrify and Niche Products, we remain cautious for 2025/2026 with continued weakness in the construction sector putting pressure on both TecSec and Control," the research firm writes.
In a comment from SEB seen by Dagens industri, the bank raised its target price to SEK 239 from SEK 210 and reiterated its hold recommendation.
The bank believes that the valuation of 28 times EV/EBITA is generous and that there are therefore better risk-adjusted returns elsewhere.
Furthermore, Danske Bank has raised its recommendation for Lagercrantz to buy from hold with a target price of SEK 256.
