The 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Indian Standard Time (IST), through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility.
The annual report along with Notice has sent to the shareholders of company as on May 27th, 2022 (cut-off date) whose email ids are registered with the company/Depository participant. The shareholders whose email ids are not registered with the company may demand copy of the Annual Report through email request at rparashar@lagnam.com.
The e-voting period commences on June 25th, 2022 at 9:00 am and ends on June 27th, 2022 at 5:00 pm. During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares as on June 21st, 2022 (cut-off date for evoting), may cast their vote through remote e-voting.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, June 21st, 2022 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
