LAMDA Development S.A. agreed to acquire remaining 50% stake in Lamda Dogus Marina Investments SA from D-Marin Investments Holding B.V. for €12.4 million.

LAMDA Development S.A. (ATSE:LAMDA) agreed to acquire remaining 50% stake in Lamda Dogus Marina Investments SA from D-Marin Investments Holding B.V. for €12.4 million on January 23, 2020. Post the acquisition, LAMDA Development S.A. will become the sole shareholder of Lamda Dogus Marina Investments SA. The acquisition is subject to regulatory or administrative approvals. The transaction is expected to close within the first quarter of 2020.
