Lamprell : Updated release date of the 2019 Financial Results

UPDATED RELEASE DATE OF THE 2019 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Due to the ongoing challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company has concluded with its auditor, Deloitte, that it is appropriate to take additional time to finalise the Group's annual report and financial statements, and the audit thereof. Accordingly Lamprell expects to announce its financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2019 on 13 May 2020.
