Land and Houses Public Company Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 858.12 million compared to THB 358.58 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 9,982.9 million compared to THB 9,153.21 million a year ago. Net income was THB 2,139.24 million compared to THB 1,869.53 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was THB 0.18 compared to THB 0.16 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 1,461.87 million compared to THB 740.92 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 17,838.38 million compared to THB 17,217.44 million a year ago. Net income was THB 4,070.73 million compared to THB 3,613.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was THB 0.34 compared to THB 0.3 a year ago.
Land and Houses Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in property development. The Company operates through two segments: Real estate business, and Rental and service business. Real estate business segment consists of houses, townhouses and residence condominium projects for sale. Rental and service business segment consists of shopping mall, apartment for rent, hotel and project management. The principal business of the Company is residential housing development, concentrating particularly on single detached houses. The Company mostly develops in the Greater Bangkok and its vicinities, and in other cities in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Nakhonratchasima, Udonthani, HuaHin, Phuket, Mahasarakham and Ayuthaya. Its projects include inizio Suksawat-Prachauthit, inizio bangna, Villaggio Srinakarin, Villaggio Bangyai, Villaggio Rangsit Khlong 2, Villaggio 2 srinakarin-bangna, Villaggio Phet Kasem - Sai 4 and other.
