Land and Houses Fund Management Co. Ltd. as the management company of Land and Houses Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (LHPF) would like to inform the dividend payment of LHPF and book closing date with details as follows: The dividend payment of Land and Houses Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (LHPF) is for the operation period from April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 at the rate of THB 0.0500 per unit. The payment date in a postponed from 4 September 2020 to 3 September 2020. With reference to the SEC announces substitution holidays for Songkran Festival for securities companies and derivatives business operators to be on 4 and 7 September 2020. The book closing date for determining the right of unitholders to receive the dividend payment will be on August 19, 2020. In this payment, the distributed dividend is calculated from the net operating profit period from April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 In order to properly manage assets under current circumstance, the LHPF has necessity to maintain liquidity for keeping asset management as going concern. However, the management company will distribute the dividend for whole operating year not less than 90% of adjusted net profit of the full year operating period in accordance to SEC regulation.
Land and Houses Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end specific property fund. The Fund is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. Its objective is to raise funds from the general investors for utilizing the proceeds to purchase and/or lease immovable properties and/or accept the transfer of leasehold rights to immovable properties and/or the transfer of sub-leasehold rights to immovable properties, and to seek benefit from such immovable properties, whether in the form of granting of leases, sub-leases and/or any other form for the benefit of the properties invested in or possessed by the Fund. It improves, changes, develops and/or disposes of the properties for the purpose of generating income and returns for the Fund and the unitholders, including investment in other properties and/or other securities and/or seeking other gains by any other means. The Fund is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited.
