On July 12, 2021, Landcadia Holdings III, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Landcadia"), issued a press release announcing that there were no stockholder redemptions of its public shares in connection with its proposed business combination (the "Business Combination") with HMAN Group Holdings Inc., the parent company of The Hillman Group, Inc.
