Bill Young cancelled the acquisition of Five Dock Hotel from Lantern Hotel Group.

Bill Young entered into contracts to acquire Five Dock Hotel from Lantern Hotel Group (ASX:LTN) for AUD 28.8 million on November 21, 2016. Lantern Hotel Group will sell freehold and business of the Five Dock Hotel. The transaction is expected to be completed in February 2017. Andrew Jolliffe of Ray White Hotel acted as the real estate advisor for Lantern Hotel Group.
