NORTH BILLERICA, Mass. (AP) _ Lantheus Holdings Inc. (LNTH) on Thursday reported a loss of $40.2 million in its fourth quarter.

The North Billerica, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 59 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 25 cents per share.

The diagnostic imaging company posted revenue of $129.6 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $71.3 million, or $1.06 per share. Revenue was reported as $425.2 million.

For the current quarter ending in April, Lantheus Holdings expects its per-share earnings to range from 45 cents to 50 cents.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $160 million to $170 million for the fiscal first quarter.

Lantheus Holdings expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.95 to $2.05 per share, with revenue ranging from $685 million to $710 million.
