Laox CO., LTD. (TSE:8202) announced a private placement of 26,947,000 shares at a price of ¥313 per share for gross proceeds of ¥8,434,411,000 and issue 52,810 equity warrant at a price of ¥100 per warrant for the gross proceeds ¥5,281,000 on June 18, 2019. The transaction will include participation from Global Worker Dispatch Co., Ltd. for 290,000 share for ¥90,770,000 and returning investor Granda Galaxy Limited for 26,657,000 share for ¥8,343,641,000. Post completion of the transaction, Granda Galaxy Limited will hold 33.80% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved in the 43rd session of the 6th directorate of Suning.com Co., Ltd. (SZSE : 002024), parent of the company.
