LARGAN Precision Co.,Ltd (TWSE:3008) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,342,000 common shares, representing 1% of its issued share capital for the total worth of TWD 131,298.92 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 2,025 to TWD 3,300 per share. The purpose of the program is for the company's credit and shareholders' rights and interests. The program will continue through December 24, 2021. As of October 25, 2021, the company has no shares in treasury.
