Announcement Concerning the Acquisition of Fixed Assets
Yokohama, February 25, 2022 - Lasertec Corporation hereby announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held earlier today, the company has resolved to acquire fixed assets as follows.
Reasons for the Acquisition
We will acquire these fixed assets to use them as a new R&D facility and strengthen our corporate infrastructure. Through the acquisition of these, we aim to streamline our business operations and provide support for our future growth.
