LATAM Airlines S A : extends voting period for its Reorganization Plan for local bondholders before the US Court

Santiago (Chile), April 20, 2022 - LATAM Airlines Group S.A. ("LATAM") (SSE: LTM) and its subsidiaries in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and the United States notified the United States Court that they extended the deadline for the process of requesting votes (Solicitation Period) of their Reorganization Plan for the bonds issued in Chile and registered in the Securities Registry (nos. 862 and 921 for the years 2017 and 2018, respectively), until May 6, 2022. This modification responds to the internal processes and voting times required by the local bondholders. Except for the aforementioned extension, the deadline of May 2, 2022, established by the Court for the process of requesting votes remains in force.
