Latécoère S.A. (ENXTPA:LAT) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Malaga Aerospace Defence and Electronic Systems from American Industrial Acquisition Corporation on December 13, 2021. The transaction is subject to a number of commercial and regulatory conditions precedent, including the approval by the Spanish Council of Ministers pursuant to defense foreign direct investment regulations and expected to close during H1 2022.
