On February 15, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Laureate Education, Inc. (the "Company") awarded Timothy Grace, the Company's Chief Human Resources Officer and a named executive officer, a discretionary cash bonus of $400,000 in recognition of his significant contribution to the Company's organization transformation efforts during calendar year 2021.
