Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain

Officers.

On February 25, 2022, Laureate Education, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Timothy P. Grace, Chief Human Resources Officer and a named executive officer, will depart the Company on April 8, 2022 as a result of the completion of certain organization transformation efforts. In connection with his departure, Mr. Grace will be eligible for separation payments and benefits as provided in his retention agreement with the Company as previously disclosed.
