LAVVI LAUNCHES GRAND VITRALI

WITH THREE PROJECTS LAUNCHED IN 2021, THE COMPANY SURPASSES R$1.2 BILLION YTD

São Paulo, November 16, 2021 - Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (B3: LAVV3), announces the launch of Grand Vitrali, in São Paulo city. With 408 units, including residential of 41 sqm and 61 sqm, and studios which may vary from 25 sqm to 43 sqm. The project has also a great location, only three blocks away from the Moema station.

With a gross PSV of R$211 million, R$192 million net of swaps, Grand Vitrali was the third launch of the year, with 37% of units sold in the first days of sales stand opening. Therefore, the PSV launched totaled R$1.2 billion YTD, +151% increase vs. 2020.
