Ms. Divya Dilip Patil, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has confirmed that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than those provided in resignation letter. Reason for change: Ms. Divya Dilip Patil has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to her personal reasons.
