LAZARD CHANGES TIME OF FOURTH-QUARTER 2011 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL

NEW YORK, February 3, 2012 - Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) announced today that it has changed the time of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2011 earnings conference call.
