Lazard Ltd : Ranjit Munro Joins Lazard as a Managing Director in Debt Advisory Group

Firm continues to enhance Capital Markets Advisory business

Lazard Ltd (NYSE:LAZ) announced today that Ranjit Munro has joined the firm's Financial Advisory business as a Managing Director in the Debt Advisory Group, effective immediately. Based in London, Mrs. Munro joins Lazard from Rothschild, where she was a Managing Director in Debt Advisory.

Mrs. Munro will work alongside Michael Grayer, Head of Debt Advisory in London, as well as globally with colleagues across the firm's Capital Markets Advisory business.

Mrs. Munro helped launch Rothschild's Debt Advisory business in 1998, and most recently was co-Head of its Ratings Advisory Group.

Lazard's Debt Advisory team advises clients on all aspects of debt financing relating to acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, capital structuring and fund raising.
