LB Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002601) agreed to acquire 32.33% stake in Yunnan Guotai Metal Co., Ltd. from a group of shareholders for CNY 2.3 billion on December 30, 2024. A cash consideration valued at CNY 3.2 per share will be paid by LB Group for 710 million shares. Upon completion, LB Group Co., Ltd. will own 77.86% stake in Yunnan Guotai Metal Co., Ltd. As of September 30, 2024, Yunnan Guotai Metal Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 7.86 billion and total common equity of CNY 3.7 billion.
