Ms. Maria Eloisa Imelda S. Singzon resigned as Alternate Corporate Information Officer of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. During the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 20 June 2018, the Board appointed Mr. Ernesto C. Naval III as the replacement Alternate Corporation Information Officer. Mr. Naval shall occupy the position vacated by Atty. Singzon and shall serve for the remainder of the term of Ms. Singzon as Alternate Corporate Information Officer. Effective Date of Resignation/Cessation of term is June 20, 2018. Effective Date of Appointment Election is June 20, 2018.
