LBC Express Holdings, Inc. announced that Ms. Solita V. Delantar resigned as an independent director, Chairwoman of the Audit Committee, member of the Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Board Risk Oversight Committee of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. effective on 15 July 2022. Reason for Resignation: Due to lack of time which she can devote as a director of the Company.
