At the meeting of the Board of Directors of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. held on 12 September 2019, the Board approved the Corporation's authority to declare cash dividends of PHP 0.25 per one outstanding common share held by the stockholders. The record date of the entitlement to said cash dividends shall be the end of business day on 14 October 2019 and payment date shall be on 4 November 2019.
