LBC Express Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire LBC Mabuhay North America Corporation from LBC Holdings USA Corporation for $1.1 million on March 7, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, LBC Express Holdings will acquire 1.6 million shares, representing 100% stake of LBC Mabuhay North America Corporation at an offer price of $0.71 per share. The transaction has been approved by Board of Directors of LBC Express Holdings on March 7, 2018. Transaction is subject to payment of purchase price and approvals from relevant government agencies.
