(PSE:LBC) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 1.5 million shares of LBC Mabuhay Hawaii Corporation from LBC Holdings USA Corporation for $0.34 million on March 7, 2018. As of March 7, 2018 board of directors have approved the deal. The transaction is subject to payment of purchase price and approvals from relevant government agencies.

The main services offered under its logistics business are domestic and international courier and freight forwarding services (by way of air, sea, and ground transport).
