The board of directors of Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited (the "Company") announced that, Mr. Ho Chun Ho Jason ("Mr. Ho") has resigned as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") and ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Authorised Representative under the Listing Rules") and the authorised representative of the Company for acceptance of service of process or notice in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Authorised Representative under the Companies Ordinance"), all with effect from 2 August 2024. The Board also announced that Mr. Hung Siu Yin ("Mr. Hung") has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the Authorised Representative under the Listing Rules and the Authorised Representative under the Companies Ordinance, all with effect from 2 August 2024. Mr. Hung has joined the Company as the Assistant Financial Controller since June 2024.
He has over 10 years of professional experience in the auditing, accounting and financial management. He worked in a reputable international accounting firm from 2011 to 2024 and the last position he held was senior manager. Mr. Hung obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2011 and a Master of Science in Risk Management Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020.
He has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since January 2015.
