The board of directors of Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited announced that Mr. Wong Kai Tung Tony (Mr. Wong) has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of each of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Board with effect from 2 August 2023 in order to spend more time with his family.
