Reference is made to the announcement of Left Field Printing Group Limited (the "Company") dated 16 September 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to the change of independent non-executive director and member of board committees. Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to supplement that Mr. Chan David Yik Keung resigned as an independent non-executive director due to his medical reason.
