Atelier is the residential development delivered by Eric Wright Construction for The English Cities Fund, which has brought forward 167 stunning one, two and three-bedroom apartments alongside 11 three-bedroom townhouses for sale, with eight ground-floor commercial units and extensive public realm improvements.
Leading development partnership, The English Cities Fund (ECF), scheme partner, Salford Council, architects, Buttress, and contractor, Eric Wright Group, have cause to celebrate, as the latest phase of homes in the GBP1bn Salford Central masterplan, Atelier, has now completed and is ready to welcome new homeowners.
Atelier is part of the wider GBP1bn 50-acre Salford Central masterplan, being delivered by ECF - a strategic joint venture between town and city-centre regenerator, Muse Developments, Legal & General and Homes England - in partnership with Salford Council, which is transforming a key area of the city into two vibrant, commercial and residential districts.
