Legion Consortium Limited Appoints Teo Rainer Jia Kai as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Nomination Committee and Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Legion Consortium Limited announced that Teo Rainer Jia Kai has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company, a member of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from February 21, 2022. Teo is currently an executive director of Schroder & Co (Asia) Limited since April 2019 and a director of Quintessential Investments Pte. Ltd. since December 2016.
