Leocor Gold Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of precious metal projects, with a focus in Atlantic Canada. It holds several gold-copper projects in prime exploration ground located within the Baie Verte Mining District. Its Bae Verte portfolio includes the Dorset, Dorset Extension, Copper Creek and Five Mile Brook projects, covering an area of approximately 2,000 hectares. Its Dorset Gold Project is an approximately 275 hectares property, located south of the Pine Cove Gold Mine, in the Baie Verte Mining District, north central Newfoundland, Canada, with multiple zones of high-grade gold mineralization. It also controls approximately 6,847 hectares grassroots Startrek project near Gander, as well as three district scale land packages in North Central Newfoundland, such as Robert’s Arm, Hodge’s Hill, and Leamington, (collectively Western Exploits) covering over 144,000 hectares of prospective exploration.
