Skydweller Aero, Inc. announced that it has received $40 million in funding from Leonardo S.p.a., Advection Growth Capital LLC, Marlinspike Capital LLC, Neva SGR, Palantir Technologies Inc.

On September 9, 2021, Skydweller Aero, Inc. closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction and received $8,000,000 in its third and final tranche. The company received $40,000,000 in the transaction co-led by Advection Growth Capital LLC, Marlinspike Capital LLC and Leonardo S.p.a, and also included participation from new investors Palantir Technologies Inc., and Neva First Fund, a fund managed by Neva SGR.

The transaction was oversubscribed.
