Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 303 million compared to USD 151 million a year ago. Net income was USD 72 million compared to net loss of USD 17 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.95 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.94 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.45 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 661 million compared to USD 488 million a year ago. Net income was USD 135 million compared to net loss of USD 200 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 3.13 compared to USD 3.29 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 3.13 compared to USD 3.29 a year ago.
Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary, Tripadvisor, Inc.
