LIC Housing Finance Limited announced that the erstwhile Company Secretary Shri Nitin K. Jage has superannuated at the end of the business day of May 31, 2022 and consequently, Ms. Varsha Hardasani have been taken charge as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer in place of Shri Nitin K Jage with effect from 1st June, 2022.

Its Other Segments comprise Financial Services segment, which involves the business of marketing financial products and services on their own account, as well as for and on behalf of other service providers, Construction Segment, which operates assisted living community centers for elderly citizens in India and Asset Management segment. It offers housing loan, home renovation loan, home loan top up, home extension loan, plot loan and others.
