Its Loans segment comprises providing finance for purchase, construction, repairs, and renovation of houses/buildings. Its Other Segments comprise Financial Services segment, which involves the business of marketing financial products and services on their own account, as well as for and on behalf of other service providers, Construction Segment, which operates assisted living community centers for elderly citizens in India and Asset Management segment. It offers housing loan, home renovation loan, home loan top up, home extension loan, plot loan and others.
