Life Insurance Corporation of India has filed an appeal before Commissioner (Appeals), Uttarakhand Division on November 11, 2024, against the order issued by Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Uttarakhand dated August 14, 2024. Appeal has been filed against the order demanding GST of INR 700,351 for Fiscal Year 2019-20 along with interest of INR 877,302 and penalty of INR 440,859.
