Life360, Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer, Wendell Laidley, will leave the business. During the transition period, VP of Finance, Daniel Menudier will assume day-to-day responsibility for the finance function, with oversight from independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, David Wiadrowski. Wendell will remain in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth handover.
