Life360, Inc. reported revenue results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the June quarter, normalised revenue of USD 19.5 million increased 46% year-on-year.
Reported revenue of USD 18.7 million included a non-recurring adjustment of approximately USD 0.9 million in relation to deferral of subscription revenue. For the month of June, Annualised Monthly Revenue (AMR) was USD 77.9 million, a 26% year-on-year increase and 2% ahead of March AMR of USD 76.1 million.
